Cancellation of an order

To cancel an order in progress, please write us to boutique@laboiteagrains.com or call us free of charge 819-771-3000 Ext. 604 (option 1).

If your order has already been sent, please refer to the return of goods.

Please note that if you were eligible for free delivery, and decide to cancel your order and send it back to us, returned products will have to be intact and in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by the invoice.

In this case, you will receive a refund for all of the products delivered, but the delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

Merchandise return

You can return or exchange (at your expense) a product within 30 days of delivery. Returned products should be intact and in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by the invoice.

Shipping costs are not refundable as soon as the order is given to the delivery service. If you receive a refund for all of the products delivered, the delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or poor products

If by unlucky a product arrives damaged or is not the one ordered, please communicate with us within 5 days of delivery In order to offer you the best options (eg, send you the product or reimburse you, etc.). In some cases, La Boite à Grains can choose to offer only the reimbursement option. In the majority of cases, La Boite à Grainswill ensure returns costs. If you receive a refund for all of the products delivered, the delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

If the product has been damaged due to the weather (heat, cold, etc.) between the time of delivery and reception of the package, La Boite à Grains reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or exchange of it.

Expired product or near the expiration date

*A too close expiration date is defined as being impossible to use the product in a reasonable time. La Boite à Grains reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it is judged that the period is reasonable. The majority of products have a period of 30 days, but it is possible that the period is 5 days in the case of certain fresh products.

Bad address entered

If you have informed a bad delivery address when you place your order, and the package cannot be delivered to you, please inform us as soon as possible.

Please note that if your products are returned to us, the re -exposition cost will be at your expense.

If you do not want the order to be returned to you, and your products have been returned to us, you will receive a refund for all of the products, but the delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions

The products displayed as available only in store and sold exceptionally online, are considered as final sale and are also free from returns or exchange.
