Ingredients
Organic chaga (Inonotus obliquus) harvested from live Canadian birch trees.
Dosage
Use 3 to 5 pieces of chaga per liter of water. Simmer at 80°C/120°F (do not boil) for 3 to 4 hours on the stovetop, or infuse in a slow cooker on low overnight. Reuse 3-5 times. Store used portions in the freezer between batches.
