Are there delivery charges?
Delivery is free for all orders of $85 or more (before taxes and after promo code) in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. Conditions apply.

Do you deliver everywhere in Quebec? Ontario? Elsewhere in Canada? Outside of Canada?
La Boite à Grains offers delivery of its products throughout Canada , but not outside of Canada .

Is the packaging eco-friendly?
No plastic is used in order packaging! Our package packaging is 100% recyclable♻️ and/or biodegradable . To protect your products, we use either unbleached recycled paper/cardboard or decomposable anti-static organic starch-based peanuts🌱.

La Boite à Grains offers several delivery options, depending on the delivery address:

Is delivery of fruits and vegetables and other fresh produce possible?
No. La Boite à Grains does not currently offer delivery of products with a short shelf life or that require refrigeration.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
La Boite à Grains does not currently offer in-store pickup.
What payment methods are accepted online?
To process payments for online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club credit cards, as well as Interac cards through the Shop Pay platform.
You can also make your purchase with PayPal, ApplePay, or GooglePay . To use the PayPal payment option, you do not need to have a PayPal account.
What happens if fraud is suspected?
La Boite à Grains reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud. Legal action may be taken.

Do you offer samples?
La Boite à Grains offers the option to select and add a free sample with your order. Different types of samples are offered in different purchase tiers: under $85, $85 to $99.99, $100 to $124.99, and $125 and over. When the option presents itself during your online shopping journey, simply select the desired sample and add it to your cart.
Please note that this offer is subject to availability.
Please note that it is not possible to add a sample when purchasing a La Boite à Grains gift card alone.

Where are your stores located?
La Boite à Grains currently has four branches, all located in the city of Gatineau, in the Outaouais region . To learn more, you can visit our find a store page.
What are the opening hours?
Here are the regular opening hours of our branches:
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Do you offer health advice?
Yes. We have a team of health advisors and naturopaths in each of our four locations. They are available to answer your questions and concerns. You can speak with them directly in-store or by phone. To learn more, you can view all the details on our Health Advice page.
Is it possible to get La Boite à Grains gift cards?
Yes, La Boite à Grains offers two types of gift cards, which you can use either in-store or online . For more details, you can ask our employees at the branch or write to us at boutique@laboiteagrains.com
What are the recycling options at La Boite à Grains stores?
Thanks to several partnerships with local organizations, La Boite à Grains' four stores offer recycling programs for used equipment. You can drop off your used batteries and laser and inkjet printer cartridges in recycling bins offered in partnership with the Mira Foundation.
In our Gréber and Plateau branches, find an ElectroBac that gives you the simple and responsible possibility of disposing of your obsolete electronic devices.
