No plastic is used in the packaging of orders! Our packaging is 100% recyclable♻️ and/or biodegradable. To protect your products, we use either unbleached recycled paper/cardboard or starch-based peanuts.🌱 starch-based peanuts.

At present, no, La Boite à Grains does not offer delivery of products with a short shelf life or that require refrigeration.

La Boite à Grains does not currently offer in-store pick-up.

We accept the following credit cards for payment of online orders Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, as well as Interac cards. through the Shop Pay platform. You can also make your purchase with PayPal, ApplePay or GooglePay. To use the Paypal payment option, you don't need a PayPal account.

La Boite à Grains reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud. Legal action may be taken.

La Boite à Grains offers the possibility of selecting and adding a free sample with your order. Different types of samples are offered at different purchase levels: less than $85, $85 to $99.99, $100 to $124.99, $125 and more. When the option appears in your online shopping path, simply select the desired sample and add it to your shopping cart. Please note that this offer is subject to availability. Please note that it is not possible to add a sample to your shopping cart if you purchase only a La Boite à Grains.

Thanks to a number of partnerships with local organizations, the four La Boite à Grains stores offer recycling programs for used equipment. You can drop off your used batteries and laser and inkjet printer cartridges in collection boxes offered in partnership with the Mira Foundation. In our Gréber and Plateau branches, you'll find an ElectroBac that gives you a simple and responsible way to dispose of your obsolete electronics.
