Posology of Inka Nature's Cat's Claw Powder Organic

Make a decoction of the plant at a rate of one teaspoon of powder per cup of water. Bring to the boil and boil gently in a covered saucepan for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and rest for 10 minutes. Strain the warm liquid into a mug (leaving the powder in the bottom of the pan). Take one cup 2-3 times a day.
