Spray before bedtime, on a plush toy, handkerchief or bed linen. A single spray from a distance of 30 cm is sufficient. Wait 2 to 3 minutes before giving the soft toy or handkerchief to the child or putting him/her to bed.Repeat if necessary, no more than three times in 24 hours.
