    Active bacterial cultures (L. lactis, L. cremoris, L. diacetylactis, L. acidophilus, S. cerevisiae, K. lactis), kefir grains and maltodextrin.

    This product is manufactured in a plant where products containing soy and milk are handled.

  • Heat a liter of milk to 82°C / 180°F or bring to the boil. Then cool to 23-25°C / 73-77°F.
  • Dissolve one sachet in a small amount of cooled milk in a cup. Stir the mixture back into the liter of milk.
  • Pour the inoculated milk into a clean, airtight container. Close the lid and leave to stand at room temperature until the kefir has formed (approx. 24 hours).
  • Refrigerate for about 8 hours to stop the incubation process.
