Yorkshire Valley chicken breast fillets are made with quality organic chicken, then breaded and lightly seasoned.
COOKING FROM FROZEN FOOD.
Conventional oven :
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Remove frozen chicken fillets from packaging.
3. Place frozen fillets on baking sheet on middle oven rack.
4. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, turning portions halfway through.
5. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.
