FloraBEAR is a blend of probiotics and beneficial bacteria, specifically formulated for the intestinal tract and colon of children. FloraBEAR is a chewable tablet with a citrus flavor derived from real oranges and tangerines, and a fun little bear shape that appeals to children.
FloraBEAR is a blend of 4 resident probiotic strains normally found in children: Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium breve & Bifidobacterium infantis. The synergistic action of these 4 probiotics helps ensure a healthy microbacterial environment in the intestinal tract.
The term "probiotic" means "life-giving". Probiotics are beneficial bacteria. These bacteria normally populate the small and large intestines. What's more, they are a very important part of a healthy digestive tract. Recent research has shown that probiotics help improve gastrointestinal function, respiratory and allergic reactions, and also help offset the negative effects of antibiotic use.

Children (aged 4 and over) : Take 2 tablets a day, at least 2 to 3 hours after a meal. If you are taking antibiotics, take this probiotic at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking your medication.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you experience fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive disorders (e.g. diarrhea) develop, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Contraindicated in the presence of an immune deficiency (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, long-term treatment with corticosteroids). Keep out of reach of children.
