Berry C Supreme

Each vegetarian capsule contains :

• 600 mg vitamin C (calcium ascorbate)
• 75 mg calcium (calcium ascorbate)
• 100 mg red bioflavonoids (from the skins and seeds of organic red grapes (Vitis vinifera L.), sorghum seeds and hulls (Sorghum sp), blackberry seeds (Rubus fruticosus), black cherry skins (Prunus serotina), blackcurrant seeds and skins (Ribes nigrum), red currant seeds and skins (Ribes rubrum), plum skins (Prunus domestica) and apple skins (Malus domestica)
• 6 mg resveratrol (resVida™)
• 5 mg quercetin (dihydrate)
• 2.5 mg Bioperine® black peppercorn extract (piper nigrum) (standardized to 95% piperine)

Microcrystalline cellulose, sublimed silica, magnesium stearate and vegetable capsule shell (from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and purified water).

Adults (19 years and over): Take 1 capsule, 2 times daily with a full glass of water, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Duration of use: For use beyond twelve weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
