Use
True Lavender essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its relaxing properties (sedative, calming, nervine) to relieve nervousness, irritability, anxiety and promote relaxation and sleep.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water / facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
