Medicinal ingredients

Each tablet contains : Vitamins : Beta-carotene 1.5 mg, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 2.5 mcg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 125 mg, Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate) 33.5 mg AT, Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 15 mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 2.5 mg, niacinamide 25 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 12.5 mg, biotin 125 mcg, folic acid (folate) 0.2 mg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg, panthotenic acid (calcium d-pantothenate) 25 mg.

Minerals: calcium (citrate/carbonate) 100 mg, magnesium (citrate/oxide) 100 mg, zinc (citrate) 7.5 mg, manganese (PVH chelate) 0.75 mg, iodine (ascophyllum nodosum) 0.075 mg, chromium (PVH chelate) 100 mcg, copper (gluconate) 0.375 mg, selenium (PVH chelate) 25 mcg, molybdenum (citrate) 6.25 mcg, vanadium (citrate) 18.75 mcg.

Non-medicinal ingredients

Alfalfa juice powder 12.5 mg, spirulina 12.5 mg, wheatgrass juice powder 12.5 mg, phytosome green tea 7.5 mg, curcumin 6.25 mg, ginger extract 6.25 mg, phytosome grape seed 2.5 mg, lutein 125 mcg, lycopene 125 mcg.

Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerol), vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant), croscarmellose sodium, silica.

Dosage

Adults : 2 tablets 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by a health care practitioner.

Precautions and warnings

For adults only. Consult a health care practitioner if pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause diarrhea in some people. Keep out of reach of children.
