Zinc helps strengthen the immune system and ward off infection. Zinc deficiency can greatly reduce the number of T lymphocytes affecting white blood cell function. Like vitamin C, zinc has antiviral properties.
Zinc is necessary for cell growth and plays an important role in wound healing. Zinc deficiency can interrupt normal sexual function in men. Prostate hypertrophy and infertility in men due to low sperm production are associated with zinc deficiency.
Sufficient zinc is necessary for proper vision, taste and smell. Zinc deficiency can lead to impaired sensory function. Zinc is also important for maintaining good skin health and helping to treat acne problems.

Each capsule contains :
- 50 mg zinc (citrate)
- 2 mg copper (citrate)
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, sublimed silica and capsule shell (from bovine gelatin and purified water).
Adults (aged 19 and over): Take 1 capsule daily. Take a few hours before or after other medications. Take with food.
