A message to our customers on the COVVI-19

Dear clients,

Following all the recent developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVVI-19), we wanted to share this update with you. Although we offer an essential food service, it has never been so important to La Boite à Grains to ensure the safety and well-being of its customers, its employees, and the community. And in this period of uncertainty, we want to provide you with some certainties.

Since the start of the pandemic, in order to further reduce the risk of transmissions, we have increased the frequency of cleaning surfaces in store. We provide disinfectant with hands to our customers at the entrance to our stores as well as to our employees. 

We do everything in our power to ensure that people remain healthy throughout our business and any employee who is right to believe that he or she would pose a risk remains at home.

Port of the mask

Since May 14, 2022, wearing the mask is no longer compulsory in all public places closed in Quebec. This government regulations apply to the four branches of La Boite à Grains.
Porting the mask and physical distancing remain recommended practices.

For information, disposable masks may be made available to customers. It should also be noted thatreusable masks manufactured locally (for adults and children) are on sale in our stores.

At your service

Our team works extremely strong to ensure that our tablets are well garnished, despite a demand that continues to grow. Some products are actually out of stock, but we work with our suppliers and partners in order to find replacement solutions for these products and ensure that you find everything you need. If you believe potentially represent a risk, we invite you not to go out and thus allow us to continue to provide essential services. You can order online any non -perishable or refrigerated product to reduce the risk of spread.
