A certified naturopath since 2001, I hold a diploma from the Johanne Verdon and Yvan Labelle School of Naturopathy and am a member of the Association des naturopathes agréés du Québec (ANAQ).
For over 25 years, I have guided my clients toward a better understanding of their health and the adoption of lifestyle habits that foster well-being and overall balance.
My practice is based on a holistic, integrative, and functional approach to naturopathy. I focus on the whole person and the various factors that can influence their balance: nutrition, digestion, metabolism, stress, lifestyle habits, environment, and physical and mental well-being.
Throughout my career, I have developed and conducted various workshops and training sessions tailored to my clients' needs, covering topics such as:
Continuing education plays a vital role in my professional journey. Each year, I participate in professional development courses to deepen my knowledge and stay up to date in fields such as natural health, functional and integrative naturopathy, mental health, the environment, and ecology.
My philosophy is also rooted in fostering awareness and empowering individuals to take responsibility for their own health. My role is to listen to, educate, and guide individuals so they can make informed choices and take a more active role in their own well-being.
I see clients at my office located at La Boite à Grains du Plateau for personalized naturopathy consultations.
