Ferme aux pleines saveurs is a family farm run by owners Martin Turcot and Chantale Vaillancourt, who come from a long line of farmers. Founded in 2002, Ferme aux Pleines Saveurs uses organic farming methods to produce batches of tasty, healthy fruit and vegetables on the rang Ste-Madeleine. In turn, they pass on the values inherited from the farming world to their 2 children, Alexia and Nathaël. What lies before your eyes is the interpretation of a dream shared by 2 enthusiasts who have chosen to devote their lives to the development of this nourishing land.
Les Jardins d'à côté is a small market-garden farm located in l'Ange-Gardien, two minutes from Buckingham. Les Jardins d'à côté firmly believes that organic farming is the way of the future, and all their produce is certified organic by Ecocert Canada. They grow some forty different vegetables, which they deliver in baskets. For deliveries, they set up shop under a tent in the La Boite à Grains and you choose your vegetables on the spot. This allows you to personalize your baskets according to your tastes and avoid receiving vegetables you like less.
Become a partner of Les Jardins de Capucinne by purchasing a share of the harvest at the beginning of the season. Baskets of freshly picked fruits and vegetables will be prepared for you. For 18 to 24 weeks, you'll receive a generous basket containing up to a dozen varieties of fresh fruit and vegetables, grown on their farm or locally. Ferme Caminoix, located in Val-Des-Monts, grows its vegetables at the foot of a maple grove, 15 minutes from Gatineau. On 290 acres of fertile land, this family-run business thrives on producing vegetables while preserving the natural beauty of the landscape.
