Dosage
Blessed thistle : Adults, 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day. Fenugreek : Adult, 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day. Milk thistle: Adult, 1 capsule 3 times a day. Take with a glass of water with each meal.
