Cellulose, magnesium stearate, capsule - gelatin.

Adults and teenagers aged 12 and over : 1 capsule 1 time a day. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effects to take effect. Take two to three times a week. If the desired effect is not obtained, take up to one dose per day. Take a few hours before or after taking medication or health products. Consult a health-care practitioner if use continues beyond 7 days.

Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have kidney problems, or if you are taking heart medication (such as cardiac glycosides or anti-arrhythmics). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or any other drug or health product that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.Do not use if you suffer from abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, existing or potential intestinal obstruction, lazy bowel, appendix, inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with loss of water and electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, may occur. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
