  • Biotin ... 2500 mcg
  • Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) ... 425 mcg
  • Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) ... 250 mcg
Non-medicinal ingredients
Maltitol, purified water, glycerin, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, sodium citrate, anthocyanins, organic fruit powder blend (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tart cherry, pomegranate, cranberry), organic rice flour, organic sunflower oil.
Dosage
Adults: Take 2 gummies 1 time a day with food a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
