• Linden (Tilia x europea)* ... 1000 mg
• Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)* ... 400 mg
• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)* ... 250 mg
• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis)* ... 300 mg
• Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)* ... 250 mg

Take 30ml (2 tbsp), 30 minutes before bedtime and once during the night if necessary. Shake well before use.
