To boost your energy and well-being, mix three (3) teaspoons (8.5 g) of greens+ in a cup (250 ml) of pure water or juice. greens+ should not be taken on an empty stomach. New users of greens+ should start with one (1) teaspoon daily and gradually increase to three (3) teaspoons daily over a period of three (3) weeks.
