Each serving (5.4 g) contains :

• L-Glutamine 5000 mg
• N-acetylglucosamine 200 mg
• Gamma-oryzanol (rice bran oil) 125 mg
• American geranium root 18.75 mg
• Ginger root 18.75 mg
• Calendula 18.75 mg
• Marshmallow root 18.75 mg

Adults : Take one scoop daily, mixed with water, on an empty stomach in the morning. Consult a health care practitioner if use continues beyond 6 weeks.

Please note:Some of the ingredients in the powder are not water-soluble. This means they will not dissolve completely. After mixing the powder into the water, we suggest that you continue to shake the glass between sips.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an intolerance to the Asteraceae/compound plant family (e.g. marigold flower) or if you suffer from kidney disease. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a serious medical condition or are following a low-protein diet.

Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, unless directed by a physician. Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place.
