Medicinal ingredients

Each dose (10 ml) contains :

  • Iron (iron gluconate) ... 10 mg
  • Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) ... 1.1 mg
  • Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) ... 1.1 mg
  • Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) ... 8 mg
  • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) ... 1.3 mg
  • Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) ... 2.4 mcg
Non-medicinal ingredients
Water, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice concentrate, molasses, aqueous spinach and anise extract, beet juice concentrate, acerola juice and ascorbic acid.
Dosage

Adults (including nursing mothers) and adolescents aged 14 to 18: take 1 dose (10 ml) twice a day.

Adults (pregnant women): take 1 dose (10 ml) 3 times a day.

Adolescents and children (4 to 13 years): take 1/2 dose (5 ml) twice a day.

Measure included. Shake bottle before use. Take with food, a few hours apart from medication or other natural health products.

Warning

Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity develops.

Keep refrigerated at all times after opening and use within 4 weeks.

Liquid iron may in some cases stain the surface of teeth. Rinse mouth with water or brush teeth immediately after taking this product.
