Each capsule contains :4-beta-D-glucan-4-glucanohydrolase 15 mg, 4-alpha-D-glucan glucanohydrolase 30 mg, maltase 5 mg, triacylglycerol lipase 12 mg, beta-D-fructofuranoside fructohydrolase 1 mg, marshmallow root 176 mg, cranesbill leaf 48 mg, N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosamide 64 mg, cat's claw bark 50 mg.

Recommended dosage: Adults : take 1 to 2 capsules with water three times a day with meals. Take a few hours before or after other medications.

Precautions
