A source of 12 essential nutrients, "La Merveilleuse" all-purpose flour is offered by Cuisine L'Angélique. Organic and gluten-free, it can replace wheat flour in your recipes in a 1:1 ratio. Made from unrefined flours, it's an excellent source of fiber and a source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Blend of organic flours (brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth), organic tapioca starch, organic ground flax, alum-free baking powder, guar gum, xanthan gum.
Made in an environment free of: wheat & gluten, casein (milk), peanuts, nuts, soy, corn, potatoes and sesame.
You can use this flour mix for cakes, muffins, cookies, pancakes, waffles and more. Simply replace the wheat flour with the same amount of all-purpose flour.
