Melatonin Liquid Golden Sleep 3 mg may be suitable for people who have difficulty falling asleep, have altered sleep patterns, or experience fatigue due to jet lag.
Each 1 ml dropper contains :
- Melatonin ... 3 mg
Filtered water, fructose, natural berry flavor, malic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

Adults: Take 1 dropper (1 ml) daily at bedtime only. For use beyond four weeks, consult a health-care practitioner.
Do not use if pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizures, migraines, depression and/or high blood pressure, or if you are taking antihypertensive medication or sedative/hypnotics.

Not indicated for people taking immunosuppressive medication. Do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery within five hours of taking this product.
