Medicinal ingredients

Milk thistle seed standardized 80% silymarin.............250 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients

Cellulose, magnesium stearate, capsule - gelatin.

Dosage

Adults : 1 capsule 3 times daily. Take with a glass of water. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
