Fouducochon’s Organic Alder Sausage is a delicately cured dry sausage seasoned with Alder buds. It is made with passion in Kamouraska.
Fouducochon is a story of passion, launched in 2005 in Quebec. The charcuterie is prepared with organic ingredients and contains no nitrites.
Natural fermentation, with a curing period of about one month, and indigenous flora give Fouducochon charcuterie its incomparable character and aromas.
Hard cheeses, soft cheeses, crackers, fresh bread, fruit, pickles, or nuts are excellent choices to pair with Fouducochon charcuterie.
