This 100% pure and natural organic rosemary cineole essential oil is offered by Pranarôm. It is used in aromatherapy for symptomatic relief of respiratory ailments such as sinusitis and chronic bronchial catarrh, and for general fatigue and exhaustion.

Adults : Local topical application: add 1-5 drops to 5 mL of neutral vegetable oil and apply to the chest or abdomen up to 3 times a day.
Do not use undiluted. For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if necessary, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
Keep out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed, seek emergency medical attention or call a Poison Control Centre.
If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner before use. Avoid exposing treated areas to sunlight.
