Oven: preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place bacon slices on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Frying pan: Place bacon in a frying pan. Heat over medium heat until desired doneness. Turn slices halfway through cooking.

Cook until product reaches an internal temperature of 71°C (160°C).
