May contain wheat, rye, oats, soy, sesame seeds, nuts, peanuts and triticale.
For soup: rinse, cover. Add 1/2 cup barley to 12 cups cold water or stock. Simmer for 2 hours. 30 minutes before end, add carrots, onions, celery, red peppers, salt, pepper, savory, thyme, parsley.
