Adults : For topical application: add 2-5 drops to 5 mL of neutral vegetable oil and apply to the affected area up to 3 times a day. Do not use undiluted essential oil for topical use.

Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil on a handkerchief and inhale occasionally up to 3 times a day.

For occasional use only. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil or water. Store at room temperature.

For use in an essential oil diffuser: 1-6 drops can be added undiluted to the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).

Keep out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed, seek medical advice immediately or contact a poison control center.

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner before use. Avoid exposing treated areas to sunlight.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Discontinue use if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction.
