Medicinal ingredients

By the cup:

  • Slippery elm, organic bark powder (Ulmus rubra) ... 5 g
Instructions for use
Mix 1 tsp. powder with 1 cup hot water. Stir and drink without straining.
Dosage

Adults: Take 1 to 2 cups a day.

Teens: drink 1/2 cup a day.

Children aged 5-10: drink 1/4 cup daily.
