Organic Senna Leaf Herbal Tea

Steep 1 sachet in a cup of cold water for 8 hours. Drink one cup at bedtime. Acts between 6 and 12 hours. Do not take within two hours of another medication.

Duration of use: Do not take any type of laxative for more than one week, except on the advice of a health care practitioner.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking heart medication, diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or any other health product that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Contraindications:Do not use if you suffer from intestinal obstruction, lazy bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe dehydration with loss of water and electrolytes.
