Organic True Lavender Essential Oil

Lavandula angustifolia* (lavender essential oil) (flowering tops) 100%.

Adults : Local topical application: add 1-5 drops to 5 mL of neutral vegetable oil and apply to the affected area up to 3 times a day.

Body massage: add 5-30 drops to 10 mL neutral vegetable oil and apply once a day. Do not use undiluted.

Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil on a handkerchief and inhale occasionally up to 3 times a day.

For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if necessary, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.

For use in an essential oil diffuser: 1-6 drops can be added undiluted to the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).

Keep out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed, seek emergency medical attention or call a Poison Control Centre.

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner before use. Do not expose treated areas to sunlight for 24-48 hours after application.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, do not use this product. If skin is damaged, irritated or sensitive, do not use this product.

If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use.
