• Valerian Valeriana officinalis Organic fresh root
• Alcohol (50%) Ethanol organic plant source

Preparation :

• Fresh plants are cut and macerated in organic alcohol.
• The preparation is stirred daily for 30 days, then pressed, decanted and sieved.
• No additives, colorants or preservatives
• No added sugar, gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO, non-irradiated

• Intervention dose: 30 to 60 drops. Repeat 1 time as needed. Up to 80 drops may be taken for 4 to 6 days.
• Treatment dose: 15 to 45 drops, 1 time a day, 4 to 6 weeks. Repeat as needed.
• Start with small doses to ensure tolerance.
• Dilute the tincture in a little water. Stir tincture before use.
• For long-term treatment, give 6 days out of 7.
