Sambucus Gelified Cold and Flu Relief for Adults

Each gel pack contains : 

• Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra ssp. nigra, fruit) ... 50 mg (8.3:1, 415 mg)
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) ... 45 mg
• South African geranium (Pelargonium sidoides, root) ... 20 mg
  
• Zinc (zinc citrate dihydrate) ... 3.75 mg

Organic tapioca syrup, evaporated cane juice, pectin, saccharose, citric acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate, natural raspberry flavor, flavoring, water, coconut oil, beeswax.

Children aged 3 to 9: chew 1 jelly product a day. Children aged 10 to 13: chew 2 gummies a day. Adults and adolescents aged 14 and over: chew 2 gummies, 2 times a day.

Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For best results, use at the first sign of symptoms and continue use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms disappear. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist or worsen. If symptoms are severe or accompanied by high fever and shortness of breath, consult a health care practitioner. If you suffer from a liver disorder, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver disorder such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual fatigue and/or loss of appetite, and consult a health care practitioner.

Known side effects: A diuretic effect may occur. Discontinue use in case of hypersensitivity/allergy. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort. In rare cases, some people may experience slight nose and/or gum bleeding. Rare and unpredictable cases of liver damage have been reported.

Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
