Shark Cartilage for Joint Relief #1

Each capsule contains : 

• Shark cartilage ... 675 mg (34 mg chondroitin sulfate, 81 mg glucosamine sulfate, 108 mg calcium)
• Chondroitin sulfate ... 75 mg

Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide.

Adults: Take 4 capsules, 3 times a day with meals and a glass of water (250 ml). Take a few hours before or after taking medication. When adequate relief is achieved, try lowering the dose to 3-6 capsules a day for maintenance.

Duration of use: Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Consult a health care practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if symptoms persist or worsen, or if you are recovering from surgery or a major accident.

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have kidney failure, liver problems or are taking calcium supplements.

Keep out of reach of children. 

Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience gastrointestinal upset (e.g. bloating, abdominal cramps, etc.), in which case discontinue use. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) (to shark cartilage or any of its ingredients, including glucosamine and chrondroitin) has been reported, in which case discontinue use.
