Organic pasta (organic wheat flour), dehydrated cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, bacterial culture, salt, non-animal microbial enzymes), whey, butter, skim milk, salt, sodium phosphate, annatto extract for color.

Bring to a boil: 6 cups (1.5 L) of water in a medium saucepan.
Stir in: pasta and bring to a boil. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.

Add: 3 tbsp (45 ml) partly skimmed milk to a hot saucepan (OPTIONAL: add 2 tbsp (30 ml) unsalted butter for a richer taste).
Sprinkle: cheese over milk; stir to blend.
Return: pasta to pan and mix well.
For a richer taste, add 2 tbsp (30 ml) unsalted butter. For a creamier, tangier taste, replace milk with 1/2 cup (125 ml) low-fat plain yogurt.
