Each vegetarian capsule contains : 

• Melatonin 1.5 mg
• L-Theanine 200 mg
• L-Tryptophan 50 mg
• GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) 50 mg
• 5-HTP 50 mg
• Japanese medlar, fruit, extract 15:1, 25% ursolic acid (QBE 975 mg) 65 mg
• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), root, extract 4:1, 0.8% valerenic acid (QBE 200 mg) 50 mg
• Skullcap, aerial parts, 4:1 extract (QBE 200 mg) 50 mg
• Passionflower, aerial parts, extract 10:1 (QBE 400 mg) 40 mg
• Schisandra, fruit, extract 10:1 (QBE 250 mg) 25 mg

Hypromellose (vegetable capsule shell), rice husk powder (Oryza sativa).

Adults : As a sleep aid and for all other uses: take one or two capsules with water once a day before or at bedtime as needed. 

For jet lag: take one or two capsules with water once a day at bedtime during travel and once at destination, until the body has adapted to the new time zone or daily schedule. 

Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking this product, which contains melatonin. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use beyond 4 consecutive weeks.
