Apply generously (and evenly) 15 minutes before sun exposure. For children under six months of age, consult a health-care practitioner. Reapply at least every two hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or perspiring, and immediately after towel-drying.

Do not expose to excessive heat or direct sunlight.
