Used in herbal medicine as a hormone regulator to help regulate the menstrual cycle and relieve premenstrual symptoms. To relieve menstrual cramps, breast pain, bloating, irritability and mood swings.

    Medicinal ingredients

    EACH mL CONTAINS A TINK OF :

    Bluebell fruit (Vitex agnus-castus) (1:10) ... 542 mg,
    equivalent to 54.2 mg dried fruit.

    Non-medicinal ingredients

    EACH mL CONTAINS A TINK OF :

    1 mL tincture contains 0.69 mL alcohol (ethanol).

    1 mL = 33 drops. Built-in dropper.

    Dosage 

    Adults :
    Take 20 drops, 2 times a day with water, 15 minutes before meals. Swallow before swallowing.

    Duration of use: Use for at least 3 months to observe beneficial effects.
