Ingredients
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- ½ cuprolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups of coconut milk
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a sealable jar (e.g. a Mason jar).
- Close lid tightly
- Shake jar to mix well
- Place in the fridge overnight
- Open the jar the next day and serve in a bowl
- Garnish as desired: diced apples, puffed quinoa, dried currants, chia seeds.
