Papillote of tilapia, baby vegetables and ratatouille sauce

Quantités: Pour 2 personnes

Temps de cuisson: 15 à 20 minutes

Préparation: 10 minutes

Quoi de mieux pour profiter des légumes de saison que de faire une bonne ratatouille? Et puis avec la ratatouille Le Grand vous avez tout ce qu’il vous faut, il ne reste plus qu’à préparer la papillote!

Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets (or other white fish)
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • One zucchini, sliced
  • A few broccoli florets
  • Maison Le grand ratatouille sauce
  • Olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Aluminum foil + parchment paper

** You can add garden pesto to your fish before wrapping!

Preparation (two papillotes) 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C
  • Place a square of parchment paper in the center of each aluminum foil and spread with vegetable mixture.
    in the center of each square of parchment paper.
  • Place the fish fillet on top (add pesto if desired), drizzle with olive oil,
    season with salt and pepper.
  • Close the papillote.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked.
  • Open papillotes and transfer contents to plates. Top with warm ratatouille sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and serve with rice.
