Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple flesh (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of coconut-pineapple vegetable yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maca powder from Junin Inka Nature
Approach
- Place all ingredients in blender. Activate and blend until smooth and homogeneous.
- If using fresh fruit, add 2 ice cubes to refresh the smoothie.
- Consume immediately or store in the fridge for 2 days.
