Want to satisfy the little Halloween monsters and witches who don't like candy? Here's a smoothie recipe where the taste of pumpkin will make their taste buds flutter and the virtues of hemp will turn their health upside down.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 small banana
- 2 ice cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 serving vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (Hemp Hearts)
- 1 tbsp. seeds chia seeds
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. ginger
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend at high speed until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
