Remember that pink is the anti-depression and anti-stress color par excellence when it's bad outside. All you have to do is open the fridge - a cold element, I grant you - and pull out the strawberries to make your rewarding smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk or dairy-free beverage
- 1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries, blueberries or other berries
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp. Nuts to You organic cashew butter or more, to taste. You can substitute cashew butter for a almond butter or peanut butter.
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- To serve, pour into a glass and enjoy.
- Makes two 295-ml servings.
