Ingredients:
- Two rhubarb sticks, cut up;
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, chopped;
- 2 tablespoons sugar;
- ¼ cup Brandy;
- 1 bottle of rosé Moscato;
- 1 can of Strawberry or Ginger Zevia;
- Ice cubes;
- Basil for decoration (optional).
Recipe:
1. Combine strawberries, rhubarb and sugar in a small bowl;
2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours;
3. In a pitcher, combine Brandy and Moscato rosé;
4. Add fruit mixture and Zevia;
5. Add ice and chill at least 30 minutes before serving;
6. Enjoy the nice weather with a good glass in hand!
