Recipe: exotic cocktail with marshmallow skewers

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

• 180g of passion fruit pulp
• 180g of coconut milk
• 260g of mango
• 20 teaspoons of rum
• 4 strawberries
• 5/6 marshmallows

How to make the recipe:

• Cut a third of the mango into small cubes for the skewer.
• Cut the strawberries and guinauves in half.
• Assemble the skewers, alternating fruits and candies.
• Set aside.

• Using a blender, blend the remaining mango, coconut milk, rum and passion fruit pulp.
• Blend finely.
• In a preheated oven, put the brochettes in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes (optional).
• Arrange your cocktail in your glass and place the skewer on top!
