Ingredients for 4 glasses:
- 180g of passion fruit pulp
- 180g of coconut milk
- 260g of mango
- 20 teaspoons of rum
- 4 strawberries
- 5/6 marshmallows
How to make the recipe:
- Cut a third of the mango into small cubes for the skewer.
- Cut the strawberries and guinauves in half.
- Assemble the skewers, alternating fruits and candies.
- Set aside.
- Using a blender, blend the remaining mango, coconut milk, rum and passion fruit pulp.
- Blend finely.
- In a preheated oven, put the brochettes in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes (optional).
- Arrange your cocktail in your glass and place the skewer on top!
