Laurence Couture-Dubé, certified naturopath (ND.A.) since 2016 and member of ANAQ, shares her passion and expertise with you at La Boite à Grains and at Centre L'ESPACE, which she co-founded. She offers private consultations, in-store advice, regularly writes blog posts on the La Boite à Grains and runs well-being workshops.
My name is Laurence. Mother of two, artist at heart and nature lover, my daily life is guided by a great sensitivity. It's this deep connection to the living and the human that naturally led me to naturopathy and mindfulness.
I'm committed to offering authentic spaces of presence, where listening becomes a bridge to oneself. My life's journey has taught me the importance of slowing down, and it's this wholehearted presence that I now put at your service.
My history with natural health began in childhood: my mother, a naturopath, was co-owner of SOL épicerie santé, and my father, co-owner of the vegetarian restaurant Café Gaïa. It was while working in these family businesses that I became fully aware of the rich benefits of medicinal plants and the importance of a vitalizing diet.
Later, faced with my own health issues, I looked for answers. This journey first led me to yoga teacher training in 2010, a first step towards well-being. Driven by the need to understand the deeper origins of my body's imbalances, I then completed a four-year course in naturopathy at EESNQ in Montreal.
Back in the Outaouais, I set my practice in motion: first at the family store, then at La Boite à Grains, who took up the torch, and at Centre L'ESPACE, a place I co-founded. My goal with this center is to offer an anchoring space to support our community and invite everyone to reconnect with their own healing power.
Graduated in 2016 and member of ANAQ, I accompany women and families with a holistic approach that combines science, helping relationships and intuition. I believe that sustainable health comes from reconnecting with your body and returning to a just and supportive rhythm of life.
Every stage of life is an opportunity to take stock. In my practice, I seek to understand the chain of causes behind your imbalances. The approach I propose is personalized and adapted to your reality, combining phytotherapy, supplements and lifestyle habits to be integrated at your own pace to nourish your vitality and well-being.
It's important to me to offer my presence and support to my community in different ways:
We look forward to working with you on your journey to vitality and well-being!
