Graduated from theNaturopathic Science Teaching Institute (IESN)in 2018, training of nearly 2000 hours spread over 4 and a half years, Marie-France Trudelle is an approved qualified naturopath (ND.A), member of theAssociation of approved naturopaths of Quebec (ANAQ).
Curious, human and dynamic, she is passionate about overall health. She wants to understand why certain imbalances occur and prevent people from experiencing optimal well-being.
Her versatility makes her comfortable with different types of clients. His experience in natural product stores, massage therapy and youth centers helps him every day to better support his customers towards an ideal lifestyle.

She loves working with a young and dynamic clientele curious to understand the causes of their imbalances and eager to get involved in transforming their lifestyle. She offers support by explaining the importance of healthy lifestyle habits and suggesting natural tools for returning to optimal well-being.
Marie-France's passion for health began with sport at the age of 13. She discovered Olympic boxing which would be decisive in her career. Several years of competition led her to 2 Canadian champion titles and a lot of learning about movement, sport and the effect of diet on sports performance.
His thirst for great adventures inspires him to travel to several countries around the world. With her backpack, she discovers different cultures, customs and ways of doing things, particularly in Central America, Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
In 2006, she obtained her diploma in Police Technology and worked in this profession for 5 years in her hometown, Quebec. His need to help does not take on its full meaning in this work. Furthermore, she experiences various health imbalances which push her to ask questions, and his interest in health, starting with his own, grew every day.
In 2012, pregnant with her first daughter, she moved to Montreal where she began a double return to studies, in massage therapy and naturopathy. A year later, she was able to begin practicing massage therapy and she continued her longest studies in naturopathy.
To feed on her passion (and finance her studies ;)) she works part-time at La Parapharmacie de Montréal, delving into the world of natural products.
In 2015, she began offering workshops and conferences on different health topics already covered in her naturopathy course. Its partnership with the community organization Entre-Mamans et Papas is ideal and offers it the opportunity to give 2 to 3 series of workshops each year, with young parents curious to learn about overall health. She explores with them themes such as food, essential oils, natural pharmacy, the health of breastfeeding women and more.
In 2018, she is focusing on her internships as well as writing her end-of-study summaries, which cover 6 different subjects:
After 7 and a half years and 2000 hours of relentless study, she saw her efforts rewarded with her diploma in December 2018. She thus met the requirements of theAssociation of Approved Naturopaths of Quebec (ANAQ) and passes the admission exam to obtain the title of Approved Graduate Naturopath (ND.A).
In 2019, at the same time as the start of her private practice, she joined the team at the Rawdon Integral Fasting Center where her work consists of supervising fasters during their stay at the center. She ensures that their fast is the best experience possible. She also gives lectures on health and meets a host of interesting people who enrich her learning.
In the midst of a pandemic, she was forced to leave the Fasting Center that she loved. Online practice and workshops begin at this time, so she can offer her expertise to people outside of Montreal.
In 2020, she joined the TAU Markets team at the Brossard branch a few days a week. She also offers individual meetings, which allows her to see many clients, expand her practice and deepen her knowledge of natural products on the market.
In 2022, she left the metropolitan region to settle in Gatineau with her 2 grown daughters and her partner. She then joins the super team of La Boite à Grains; she works as an advisor at the Plateau branch and offers different types of workshops and her services for individual meetings.
She also begins a new challenge there; writing articles published on the website La Boite à Grains.
It is also launching its corporate naturopathy service, which allows employers to offer wellness conferences to their employees. The aim is to prevent absenteeism, contribute to staff retention and improve work performance.
From 2023, she also contributes to the training of new advisors in the 4 branches of La Boite à Grains in Outaouais. She also returns to her old loves and gives boxing lessons at the Sporthèque de Hull.

When making an appointment, you will receive documents to complete. It is important to do this to the best of your knowledge.
First meeting
During this initial meeting with Marie-France, you will be invited to share your medical history, lifestyle habits and concerns. She will strive to fully understand your situation in order to guide you towards overall well-being. Recommendations will be made at the end of this session.
Second meeting
During this consultation, you will discuss the best strategies to adopt, taking into account your situation and your level of motivation.
Next appointments
Subsequent consultations will also last 60 minutes, where you will continue to explore and adjust your health plan with Marie-France.
A receipt will be provided for insurance.
When you enter the massage room, you will have a moment to settle in and discuss your needs with Marie-France. She will ask you a few questions about your health to better understand your expectations. Then she will come out so you can undress and slip under the sheets. You can decide to keep your underwear or any other clothing you feel comfortable in. Back in the room, Marie-France will provide cushions for your comfort before starting the session.
